We began our journey in Los Angeles in 2018 under a separate sister brand, serving vibrant Caribbean flavors to a fast-paced urban market. Over time, we evolved into a specialized catering brand focused on exquisite tropical flair. Today, we're a team of dedicated culinary professionals who not only understand flavor, but celebrate the bold, vibrant, and comforting tastes of the tropics. Our mission is to bring indulgent, island-inspired bites to every event, making each occasion as flavorful and memorable as the islands themselves.
